Positive: A broken loose toilet seat, basin was cracked, kitchen tap was loose. Half of the under units kitchen lights not working, mirror light in bathroom only one side working, defective electric socket in the bedroom, stairs to the bedroom, some treads were damaged offering sharp edges and certainly not advisable for elderly people with mobility issues. No complimentary coffee for the coffee machine and no toaster. Limited kitchen utensils. No room cleaning despite staying 5 nights. Towels also unchecked or changed. Won’t be back i’m afraid
