The house is situated on the edge of the nature reserve by greenery, far back from a small side street and is surrounded by a 1200 square meter garden.
It was lovingly restored in 2011 and now posted online. Of all the windows you only see in nature. After 2 sides you can observe from the garden 2 storks' nests.
Across on the other side of the street begins the natural Gutshauspark. After his small forest you will find a beautiful historic mansion.
There is also a nice playground and sports field, but only very few, if is used not only by you, as the village has only 300 inhabitants.

Our house is situated in the catchment area of the largest collection of cranes in Central Europe. A true paradise for ornithologists. In autumn darkens 18 clock the sky, when the cranes coming from all directions take their sleeping places. There are also schools of many other species of birds. The bird noises and the whole atmosphere is unique and incredibly beautiful. Linum, the stork village center and also of the cranes is a straight line, only a few kilometers away. Since the area is part of the recreation area of Berlin, this collection is a highlight in the fall, not only for Berliners but also for many international tourists.
All around there are many lakes for. B.: Bützsee, Neuruppin lake ,, Beetzer lake, Kremmener lake.
Only in 20 to 45 minutes, the Fontane Neuruppin, Berlin, Rheinsberg and Potsdam can be reached.
Worth seeing is the smallest town in Germany Kremmen is (a 10-minute centering of fields and meadows on the edge of the bird sanctuary and in the immediate away) with its historical 'Scheunenviertel', where you can discover pretty interesting restaurants and small shops for gifts, antiques and organic food.
