Positive: It was bright, spacious and quite well-equipped. It was in the course of being modernised to a hight standard.

Negative: The modernisation work had not finished when we stayed in late July 2025. We could not, for example, connect to the internet or contact the owner or owner's representative very easily. The flat may now be complete.

Summary: A promising flat in a reasonable location quite easy walking distance to the centre of the city.
