The church is next to the palace and the bells ring daily from 6 am to 10 pm. With the windows closed, noise is reduced, however, it can still be heard.
In the green external area (30.000m2) there are horses and sheep in a fenced area. Access to the green area is allowed and it is possible to have a picnic (informing the host in advance).
Supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and cafes are only 5km away, in Ochsenhausen (access by car). About 1h driving to the Alps and 50min to Bodensee (Lake Constance). Hürbel is a quiet village and a perfect stay if you are looking for idyllic landscapes, and contact with nature. The palace is originally from the 16th century and has been completely restored since 2014.
