Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The cleanliness of the hotel was really great,which made me feel like I was at home.

Negative: During my stay,the lift of the hotel broke due to which I had to bring my luggage from the 4th floor to the group which was inconvenient.Even though the temperature in frankfurt during my stay was in negative celcius,the heater in my room wasn't working.
