Through the forest you reach the beach promenade and the sandy beach, about 800 m away. The center of Zinnowitz with restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars and shops can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. The backwaters with offers for sailing, surfing and boat trips are also about ten minutes away. There is a parking space and a bicycle storage room for each apartment on the large property. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room for a fee. Relax in the in-house sauna or in our swimming pool and let your mind wander.
