The holiday apartment on the 1st floor has three bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. A filter coffee machine, a hand filter or a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules) are available for your coffee. Your personal wellness area consists of a bathroom with double rain shower, steam bath and whirlpool bath. In the 2nd bathroom you can relax in the sauna.
Enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony, the living room or the dining area and watch the large Scandinavian ferries entering and leaving the harbour from here, which are close enough to touch.

There is also an official, year-round dog beach here, ideal for your four-legged friend to run and play. The passenger ferry to Travemünde is directly in front of your Promenadenvilla, the car/passenger ferry is approx. 800 metres away and runs around the clock. Thanks to these two ferry connections, you can easily walk along the promenade on both sides of the Trave.
