Downstairs is a cozy living room with fireplace. The TV corner is equipped with 2 stylish sofas and a flat screen TV (satellite TV). The lying in the port fully equipped American-style kitchen has an electric stove with Ceran, a fridge freezer, a built-in microwave, dishwasher, and many other facilities to be and a large dining table with 6 chairs. From there you have direct access to the sunny terrace. On the lower floor there are also a utility room or Storage room and an extra toilet.
All rooms in the house are furnished with comfortable floor heating.
In the upper floor are the 3 individually furnished bedrooms with quality double beds and 2 large closets. Even the spacious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet located on this level. It is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating as the bedroom.
