Welcome to our holiday apartment Nautica.
The lovingly maritime furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building.
The apartment is divided into two bedrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a shower room with a window.
In the first bedroom you will find a box spring bed (180x200cm) and a sofa bed (160x200cm). There is also a wardrobe with storage space for your things. A highlight is the dressing table with stool, where you can enjoy styling.
In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed measuring 90x200 at the top and bottom as well as a large wardrobe and a pull-out bed, which can be pulled out from 80x200 to 160x200cm, so that 2 people can lie comfortably in the double bed. From here you have direct access to the furnished balcony, which invites you to enjoy a glass of wine.
The spacious daylight bathroom has a bathtub in which you can shower or take a comfortable bath. The washing machine is also located here.
The first-class kitchen-living room offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the whole family. A dining table offers space for meals or game evenings. Games and books are available on site for your convenience.
You can then end the evening on the large corner sofa in front of the 55 inch Smart TV (Netflix etc.).
There is also a folding baby bed in the apartment, which we would be happy to prepare for you if you arrive with a baby. There is also a high chair for the little ones.
The WiFi/W-Lan is free for you in the Apartment NAUTICA.
