Unser Haus liegt im Ferienland Schwarzwald mit den Gemeinden St.Georgen, Schonach, Schönwald und Furtwangen. Die Lage in St.Georgen ist sowohl stadtnah (ca. 500m bis zur Stadtmitte mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants) als auch "waldnah" (ca.400m vom Waldrand und Stadion, im Winter Start verschiedener gespurter Loipenmöglichkeiten) sowie ca. 200m vom städtischen Hallenbad entfernt. Unser Haus wurde 1936 erbaut. Es erfolgte im Jahr 2000 ein An- und Umbau. Im Frühjahr 2014 wurde die Ferienwohnung renoviert.
In unserer ruhigen und gemütlichen Maisonettenwohnung in einer Haushälfte mit separatem Eingang (insgesamt 75qm), einer großen Wohnküche (UG), zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer (1xUG,1xOG), einem Wohnzimmer (UG), Bad (OG), sowie einer Terrasse vor dem Eingang der Fewo können Sie sich entspannen und richtig erholen. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch perfekt als Stützpunkt für Ihren AKTIV-Urlaub mit Wanderwegen vor der Haustür, Mountainbiketouren oder im Winter ist die Loipe nur 300m entfernt.Alle unsere Zimmer sind hell und freundlich gestaltet und befinden sich in ruhiger Lage mit angenehmem Ausblick.Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine, Backofen, 4-Plattenherd, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und einer Kaffeepadmaschine), einem Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie zwei separaten WC's auf den Etagen.Auf jeder Etage finden Sie ein Uhrenradio mit CD-Spieler.Im Wohnzimmer finden Sie einen SAT-Receiver mit Flachbild-LED-TV(HDTV), sowie einen DVD-Player.In der kompletten Wohnung steht Ihnen freies W-LAN zur Verfügung.Im Keller befindet sich ein zusätzlicher Gefrierschrank für die Ferienwohnung, sowie eine Waschmaschine (waschen und Waschmittel gegen Gebühr möglich).Auf der Terrasse steht Ihnen ein BBQ-Grill zur Verfügung.
