You’ll have a hard time prying the family chef out of the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a professional-grade stovetop and double oven. Grab a seat at the kitchen island for a quick snack, or serve up family feasts at the adjacent window-front table.
When it’s time to explore, you’re just minutes from multiple wineries (a three-minute drive from Flat Creek Winery!), Lake Travis, boat rentals in Lago Vista, and all the action in Austin. Downtown Austin is a scenic 42-mile drive through the wildflowers and wineries in the country.
When you’re ready to unwind at home, three streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi offer entertainment opportunities. This home is located in the woods/fields, where bugs, insects, and other critters frequent the area. If outside, it is recommended that guests bring bug spray.
The pool slide and waterfall are not for guest use at this time.
The pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday, even if guests are there. There is no swimming for three hours after the pool has been serviced.
The pool is NOT HEATED.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
