The cozy vacation home is located in a car-free complex in the biosphere area Swabian Alb and is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation with the family.
The wooden house is pet-free and furnished for allergy sufferers. Spend relaxing hours in front of the fireplace on cool days or playing games with the family. The living room has 2 sofas, a TV and a sound box. In the open kitchen you can prepare delicious meals on the induction stove. The dining area offers space to plan the day's activities over a hearty breakfast. You will sleep wonderfully in bedroom 1 with a comfortable double bed, bedroom 2 is also equipped with a double bed and bedroom 3 with a bunk bed. The bathroom with shower/WC is adjacent to bedroom 1, in addition there is a separate WC at your disposal.
On the spacious lawn in front of the house your children can romp and play, while you relax in the sun on the covered terrace with garden furniture and two loungers and end the day with a barbecue. You have two parking spaces per booking at the edge of the complex. Luggage can be transported from the parking lot to the house with a hand cart.
In the vacation park it is guaranteed not to be boring with two large playgrounds, mini golf course, outdoor chess, football field, playhouse with table soccer & table tennis tables as well as tennis court. On the three communal barbecue areas you can prepare delicious meals for a sociable barbecue evening.
The Swabian Alb region is perfect for hiking and biking in nature as well as boating on the Lauter or Danube rivers. Visit the Friedrichshöhle/Wimsener cave, the biosphere reserve in Münsingen, the cave worlds in Sonnenbühl or the Laufenmühle/ Wolfstal in Lauterach. For an excursion, we recommend the Main and County Stud Marbach in Gomadingen for a visit or with changing events. Also interesting are the dreamland Sonnenbühl, the castle Lichtenstein with climbing park or the castle Hohenzollern. Perhaps you would also like to visit the Ravensburger Spieleland or Legoland Günzburg.
