In addition to the stylish wardrobe rail, a chest of drawers offers plenty of space for your clothes. The colourful murals and the unusual ceiling light round off the stylish design.
The cosy living room with open-plan kitchen is located on the lower floor. From the sofa, you have a perfect view of the 55-inch (140 cm) 4K Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix. If required, you can convert the sofa bed into a comfortable bed in 2 simple steps.
Whether you order in food or cook for yourself, the kitchen has enough equipment to conjure up a 4-course meal for your loved one. In addition to the huge red fridge with ice compartment, the mobile induction hob and the bistro oven, there is also a Senseo coffee machine (including pods), a kettle and a stylish toaster for you to use. The dining table seats up to 3 people and can also be used for working. There are plenty of spices and a selection of teas in the cupboard so you can help yourself at any time.
The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower. The stylish mirror cabinet offers enough space for your toiletries. Sufficient towels are also provided. Soap, shower gel and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer, are ready for you in the bathroom cabinet.

The trendy Rüttenscheid neighbourhood with its individual shops, diverse restaurants and trendy bars is also less than 10 minutes' walk away; the famous Folkwang Museum is even 2 minutes away.
