Positive: Great location close to U-Bahn Goetheplatz, Buses and tram station. About a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz. Many restaurants around but still quiet. Very clean, great, fresh breakfast. Amazing value for money. And an adorable receptionist (owner?), who was very attentive and remembered our coffee choices every day! Absolutely nice hotel, would totally recommend.

Negative: Rooms are on the smaller side and there's no elevator (but the staff will help you carry your luggage up if you need it).
