Our wonderfully restored villa combines the feeling of the past with the comfort of modern life. It is a place to relax, surrounded by gorgeous gardens. With bus and suburban train within walking distance it is ideal for exploring the amazing cultural city of Leipzig. Enjoy the convienence of a diverse network of trails for walking, biking and running through nearby forest and lakes.
The villa is bright and welcoming. The vintage woodwork and the beautiful oak parquet floor create a warm ambiance. On the ground floor is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table surrounded by bay windows. The adjoining spacious dining room offers seating for 10. Through double doors you enter the cozy living room with piano. From there you have direct access via a staircase to a large terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining table and barbeque. It is a wonderful place to enjoy warm summer evenings surrounded by the beautiful garden. There is a swing for our little guests.
On the ground floor is a bedroom furnished with sofa bed and an adjoining modern bathroom.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor is the master bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden. Adjacent is a modern bathroom with shower.
You access the house via a staircase.
There is parking for one car on the grounds through an electronic gate.
The entire 250m²= 2700sqft home and the gardens are available to guests.
(with the exception of 2 small locked rooms)
A washing machine and a dryer may be used in the laundry room.
We rent our beautiful home and ask our guests to treat it with respect and care.
