For the farmhouse, a renovation / expansion concept is currently being coordinated with the responsible building authorities in order to be able to offer 12-15 additional apartments and a seminar room in about 2-3 years. The modern new building consists of 5 luxurious apartments, of which three are to rent as apartments. It is a small, very quiet residential community. Guests who appreciate this are welcome. One apartment has a terrace, the other two have small balconies. Electric cars: two parking spaces have charging stations, where you can load your vehicle at our cost price (please announce before arrival!). Bicycles / E-Bikes: You can store your bicycles in a bicycle storage room locked by security lock. For e-bikes there are necessary outlets available. The building was manufactured as "KfW Energy Efficiency House 40 Plus, extremely energy-saving. The underfloor heating is operated by a heat pump. A 10 kWp photovoltaic system with more than 14 KWh large battery storage provide for more than 50% of the required power supply in the apartments! The highly insulated building shell with the best triple-glazed window elements and a decentralized ventilation system with 91% heat recovery store the heat in the house.
