Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Esstischgruppe, Sat-TV und Couch im Wohnbereich sowie über 1 Schlafzimmer in Fichtenholz, welches mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet ist. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Genießen Sie Ihr Frühstück auf der gemütlichen Holzterrasse mit Blick auf die Ilz. Parkplätze im Innenhof des Hauses und WLAN sind im Preis enthalten. Brötchenservice möglich. Etwa 25 Gehminuten ist die Passauer Innenstadt von uns entfernt. Diese ist natürlich auch mit dem regelmäßig verkehrenden Linienbus in einer Fahrtzeit von ca. 14 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf unserem Familienbetrieb ist es schon seit über 40 Jahren möglich "Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof" zu machen mit Pferden, Meerschweinchen, Zwerghasen und Hühnern.
