Summary: We arrived at the check in time and no one answered the call box, so we called the number on the door. Someone answered and said they would be down in a couple minutes. 10 minutes later, we were finally let in. Only two of the three washing machines and one of the three dryers was working, but there weren't any signs saying they were out of order. Also, there are signs in the unit saying if you don't follow cleaning instructions, you could be charged an extra $60, and daily room cleaning is an extra $10 per day per person. I don't know if this is normal in Zurich, but it's the first time I have seen it. The unit was spacious and the cost was affordable in comparison to other properties.
