Summary: Although the hotel was generally well presented, and the staff were friendly, I was disappointed with some problems with my room and the lack of response. The window blind was broken, room very dusty (from the ceiling fan) and shower tray overflowed very quickly. However, the staff were helpful with storing luggage, and the hotel was very conveniently located right by a U-bahn station which meant getting around was very easy.
