a cozy holiday home, Lerchenstr. 1 in Burhave (municipality of Butjadingen), in a very quiet central location, near the beach and dike.

Approximately 80 sqm living / usable area for 5 - 6 persons.
Ground floor: entrance hall, living room with TV, kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bath with shower. WC u. shower
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed), cot and high chair
For the 6th Pers. is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area ready.
A private sun terrace (about 4x5 m) and a small garden (lawn) with garden furniture is available for you.
The sun terrace is secluded on all sides by a beautiful planting.
In front of the house is a private parking space for you.
Behind the house large 300qm garden with swing, sandpit and barbecue area.
In addition, you have the opportunity to park your bikes in a garden shed.
Free Wifi / Wi-Fi is available in the entire living area.
Approximately 400m to the beach as well as to the center with restaurants and various shops.
Approximately 200m to the children's play barn.
In the high season (end of June to end of August) we rent weekly, so 7, 14 days etc. The arrival / departure on Saturday, by arrangement on Sunday.
