In winter she lies almost frozen or agitated in front of the house, in summer you can hear the call of the seagulls, the water ripples to the garden, a light wind pulls over the wooden terrace.
From here, the Geltinger Birk nature reserve can be wonderfully explored on foot or by bike. The beaches of the Gelting Bay and Wackerballig, Falshöft and Pottloch are quickly reached.
