Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Cleanliness of the room, dinner was served even though we arrived late, friendly evening staff, tasty breakfast. We liked the table reservation and welcoming sign with our family name on it.

Negative: The "wellness area" was advertised as such yet wasn't available at late evening; when requested to be ready in the morning the new receptionist almost forgot the request; did not know to turn on the heating beforehand, hence the room itself was code and dark and half of the area was not available; the massage chair was not working, the showers were out of service, the jaccuzzi could not be heated more than available. When we turned to the morning receptionist, she denied it being an official wellness area but an unofficial "bonus" for guests; did not know how to manage the technical details of the area, claimed the room could not be heated due to central heating. Overall gave an impression of being rather incompetent. The shower in the room was clean yet the door was leaking. The bed had two matresses instead of one, which kept moving apart.
