You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport, in order to reach the property you should follow the ss36 direction lecco. take the first exit for abbadia lariana and follow the street beside the lake. when reaching varenna, turn left for varenna centre and through the village. at the bridge, turn right for esino lario and after some curves again turn right for vezio/vezio castle. follow the directions for the castle and the restaurant il portichetto, a surcharge of 25€ applies for arrivals after check-in hours (10 pm). for arrival after midnight will be applied a surcharge of 50€. surcharges will be applied for room booked. all requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property, unheated pool. jacuzzi open from may 1st to october 15th. , “la piscina e la jacuzzi, essendo all'aperto, sono disponibili da metà aprile a metà ottobre.”, “the swimming pool and jacuzzi, being outdoors, are available from mid-april to mid-october.”please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, swimming pool: closed from wed, oct 15, 2025 until wed, apr 15, 2026, hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from 2026-04-15 until 2025-10-15
