Two A-frame houses with a garden and a terrace, as a holiday house in a holiday park
The two wooden houses are on the edge of a holiday park in Schellbronn, very close to the forest. It is a holiday region in the northern Black Forest and close to the culture and automobile town of Stuttgart, the gold town of Pforzheim, the spa and thermal baths town of Bad Liebenzell and the Hermann Hesse town of Calw.
Both holiday houses are equipped the same and each provide the following rooms on two floors: an open living room with a dining corner and kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden with a terrace. Each house has space for four people. Both have satellite TV, night storage heating and free wireless Internet access.
Both houses have a garden, a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol, as well as a grill. Each house also provides a parking space nearby, about 40 metres away, each for one car.
A cot and a highchair can be provided free of charge on request. It is also possible to hire two bicycles and to use a washing machine, for a fee.
The town of Schellbronn is next to the holiday park. Within two kilometres there are some shopping facilities. The surroundings also have an outdoor pool with waves, a forest, a campsite and a sports studio with a solarium, about 300 metres away. Schellbronn is part of Neuhausen and is in the Enzkreis, about 12km to the south-east of Pforzheim, in the northern Black Forest. The town is on a high plain at 570 metres above sea level. It is a spa town with about 800 inhabitants, idyllically situated in a landscape rich in forests, with both nature and culture. The town has good transport connections, three restaurants and various shopping facilities. It is about 5km to riding stables. The golf course in Bad Liebenzell is only about 7km away.
A-frame holiday house for four people
This holiday house of around 57m² has a comfortable living room on the ground floor with a sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, satellite TV, a video recorder and a stereo system, with an adjoining open kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a stove, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. On the ground floor there is also a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and washing machine. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds. The bed linen measures 155 x 220cm.
