THE CHALET
Chalet Le Iceberg in Les Collons is a superb holiday home that offers the very best for an unforgettable Alpine vacation: a pleasant and well though-out Swiss chalet with a spectacular panorama-sauna in magnificent Alpine surroundings. Central location to many sights & activities, hikes & (mountain) bike trips start right from the chalet and only a short walking distance to the ski-lift of snow-sure Les4Vallées ski area.
The chalet is spacious with open and light architecture, a huge south facing sun-deck and uninterrupted views across the valley & towards the famous Matterhorn. The unique sauna has a panoramic window & garden access. There are large 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 12 guests, total living space a generous 200m2 (2150f2).
Chalet Le Iceberg offers all modern amenities: a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooking range, oven, microwave & dishwasher. Fire place, fast wifi-internet, laundry machine, dryer. Baby-beds & high-chairs. Ski lockers, garage.
GREAT FOR WINTER-SPORTS
The ski lift is just 200 meters from Chalet Le Iceberg and gives direct access to the Les 4 Vallées ski area. With 86 lifts and 400km pistes it is Switzerland's largest —and sunniest—ski-area. It comprises of Thyon-Les Collons, Veysonnaz, Nendaz & famous Verbier. This snow-sure skiers' paradise offers superb winter sports for all skill-levels, from beginners to extreme.
Guests of Le Iceberg can store their gear overnight at the lift in our private ski-lockers.
Our ski season generally runs from mid-December to mid-April, with the first few lifts often open during weekends from mid-November. Swiss Ski School & ski rentals available. Plenty to do also for non-skiers whether young or old: winter hikes, snow-shoe hikes, (dog) sledding. Toys, games & day care. Sight seeing, thermal baths, cafés & shopping near by.

Chalet Le Iceberg is a free standing holiday home at 1800 meters altitude in Switzerland's sunny & beautiful Valais region. It is located just below the French speaking village of Les Collons, a practical resort town in the heart of the Alps. Supermarket, bakery, sports- and souvenir shops, tourist- & post office, cafés, restaurants, ski-lift and ski-school are all within easy walking distance of the chalet. Le Iceberg is accessible all year round either by public transport or by car. The nearest major town with a train station is Sion, Geneva is the nearest international airport.
You can rent Chalet Le Iceberg in any season, for a (long) weekend, a week or longer.
