The ground floor apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 - 5 people on around 97 square meters of living space. The highlight - is the large terrace with approx. 25 sqm, which includes a pavilion and a large garden, as well as an additional winter garden for the transitional period. The ground floor apartment with ground level access to the garden / terrace has cozy places outside for you and your family to sit in the open air and enjoy the morning or evening together. Your children can even play a little football game on the associated meadow.

The open living and dining room with a view of the garden / terrace is at the same time modern but also comfortably furnished. The apartment is equipped with 3 Samsung Smart flat-screen TVs in each room. While one is watching his football game on the couch - the other is allowed to watch his favorite series in the dining room ... and if it should be the feature film ... then there is a third Smart TV in the bedroom.
