The newly built, modern semi-detached house (ready in 2025) offers a large garden and is situated by one of Germany’s most beautiful lakes, separated from the shore only by a foot and cycle path. The architect-designed house offers a unique living experience: a light-flooded living area with a striking, six-metre-high exposed concrete wall awaits you.
