A bedroom and the living room open onto your private balcony, for your own exclusive use. Balcony furniture and a grill are available for a sociable grill evening.
The comfortably furnished 50m² of living space can accommodate four adults, or two adults and two children. The rooms provide everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The living space comprises two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom. The two separate bedrooms each have a double bed and the living room has a sofa, satellite TV and a dining corner. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a two-zone ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and radio. The bathroom has a shower and a separate WC, a washbasin and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. A highchair and a cot can be provided on request.
In summer you can find calves, a pony, the goats Hanni and Nanni and ducks on site. Children are welcome to become acquainted with the animals. There is a restaurant 1000 metres away. The nearest town is 2000 metres away, with shops and a swimming pool. Owing to the excellent location, this apartment is an ideal starting point for trips into the surrounding natural landscape, e.g. a boat trip on Königssee about 1km away or a hike in Berchtesgaden National Park. You can also spend a skiing holiday here, as the nearest ski lift is just 1km away.
