This apartment enjoys a quiet location in a little village in the Bavarian Forest, where everyone still knows everyone, ideal for families with children or for hikers. Pets are allowed on request.

The river Ilz flows near the house (ca. 8km away, which is also called the Black Ilz, joining the Danube and the Inn in Passau. The Bavarian Forest national park is nearby, as well as the Arber, Lusen, Dreisessel and Rachel mountains.
