We offer a modern holiday apartment (completed in October 2017) amidst meadows on the North Frisian coastal sandy heathland. The former farmhouse (built in 1850) is quietly situated on a 2500m² site. Next to it there is the former woodwork factory with annexes.
The light and comfortable apartment is in the attic, with a wonderful view of nature. It can accommodate 2-4 people and has a separate entrance. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are provided. The living room has a cosy sitting corner with a TV, a little stereo system and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower bath and a washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 190cm) and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with a ceramic hob, an extractor fan, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher, as well as a little sitting corner. Bed linen and towels are included.
A car parking space is available.
Field tracks invite you to go on walks and cycle tours. You can find everyday shops and pharmacies nearby. The surroundings are North Frisian heathland with a view of the village Breklum. The nearest megalithic tomb is about 200 metres away. “De ole Discherie” stands practically alone but is still in a central location. It is easy to go on day trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea, as well as towns with a variety of cultural events, such as Husum, Flensburg, Schleswig etc. You can even visit our Danish neighbour within 30 minutes. The tidal flats nature reserve with its islands invites you to go on day trips. Husum, the “grey town by the sea” is about a 15-minute drive away. It is 3km to a modern leisure pool. The Drelsdorfer Forst is ideal for forest lovers, even if the most recent storms have left some damage. Adjoining the heathland there is our beautiful marsh landscape, where you can enjoy the view into the distance.
