Positive: Really nice location next to a tram stop that will connect you with the city center in about half an hour (regularly). The building might be a bit old but the rooms feel spacious and somewhat cosy. I arrived after the check-in time, which went smoothly by taking the keys at the designated space – it is the best to let the accommodation know that in advance. Also check out process was fast. A good place to stay for couple of days.

Negative: As said by many, the lift is out of order so maybe take that into account when having your luggage with you. There are blinds on the windows (figured out that on the second day) and a fan but no air conditioning, which can get a bit warm during the day in peak summer. The shower drain might need some attention as it was draining a bit slow and a floor towel for the bathroom would be appreciated.
