Positive: Lovely stay in the Black Forest. We expected a small apartment but it was huge! You have your own living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway(s), kitchen and dining room, with two terraces outside. The house is very old so it can be a bit cold, but there is some heating and many blankets. The location is great - next to a very nice camping ground, close to the idyllic village of sasbachwalden with a nice bakery, and many hiking paths (recommended: Gaishöll Wasserfälle). The lovely owner informed us about the hiking routes and even shared their komoot login. Last but not least, good shower. Cannot recommend this stay enough!

Negative: The apartment has a shoes off rule, so don’t forget some thick socks or slippers.
