Unsere ca. 95m² große, im Jahr 2020 neu erbaute, voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und 6 festen Betten steht Ihnen zur Reservierung bereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem Obergeschoss unsereres Resthofes, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die unverbaute Landschaft. Sie beinhaltet eine geräumige Wohnküche, mit Herd/Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Der Wohnbereich bietet zudem einen großen Fernseher mit DVD Player, und gemütlicher Sitzecke.
In dem, mit Fußbodenheizung gefliestem, Bad befindet sich die offene Dusche, sowie eine Waschmaschine.
Als Bodenbelag in den Wohn.- & Schlafräumen wurde Laminat gewählt und ist somit gut verträglich für Allergiker.
Für den PKW steht ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung und eine separate Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen an der schönen Nordseeluft ein. Handtücher und Bettwäsche, sowie die Endreinigung sind im Preis enthalten.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, und die Urlaubsorte Büsum, St. Peter Ording und Husum sind in ca. 30min gut zu erreichen. Die romantische Hafenstadt Tönning und das Holländerstädtchen Friedrichstadt sind in nur ca. 10-15min erreichbar.
