Unsere helle 48 qm Souterrain-Ferienwohnung ist bequem über wenige Stufen erreichbar und befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage mit Blick direkt aufs freie Feld. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich ist mit einem Sofa, und TV ausgestattet ebenso befindet sich hier der Essbereich mit einem Tisch und 4 Stühlen. Hinter einer Trennwand gelangt man in den Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett. Daneben befindet sich die eingerichtete Küche mit ausreichendem Geschirr, außerdem einen Kühlschrank, 4-Platten-Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Das Badezimmer ist mit Waschbecken, WC und einer Dusche ausgestattet. Gerne stellen wir Ihnen bei Bedarf noch ein Reisebett für ein Kleinkind und einen Hochstuhl bereit. Im Sommer stellen wir Ihnen gerne Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung und sie können bei einem Glas Wein den Blick auf den Tuniberg genießen. Um es allen Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, ist unsere Ferienwohnung eine tierfreie Nichtraucherwohnung. Wir hoffen sie haben Verständnis dafür. Parkplätze sowie freies W-LAN sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. In 5 Minuten erreichen sie zu Fuß die Bushaltestelle, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 3 Restaurants. Freiburg erreichen sie mittels öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel problemlos alle 30 Minuten. Das Naherholungsgebiet Kaiserstuhl ist ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, die Autobahn erreichen sie in ca. 5 Minuten und den Schwarzwald mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten. Wir würden uns freuen sie als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen.
