Completely renovated in 2021, the approx. 60 m² holiday home has a living room (upholstered furniture, Magenta TV, stereo system), a bedroom (double bed, bunk bed), a separate kitchen (electric hob, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, WC) and electric heating. In addition, free Wi-Fi, a car parking space, a barbecue and various seating and sunbathing areas are available on the spacious, beautifully landscaped grounds.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this property (no cats!, the owners own a dog).
Garz is a small town on the old spa road in the southern part of Rügen. It is approx. 20 km to the Baltic Sea resorts and approx. 4 km to the Greifswalder Bodden. Restaurant, shopping, horse riding, bowling and museum in the village, golf course approx. 4 km.
