By bike you can reach the natural beach of Boiensdorf in 15 min or the health resort of Rerik with its pier and fine sandy beach in 35 min. In Neubukow you can shop or find a doctor and pharmacy.
If you visit one of the fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches between the Wismar Bay and Rostock, a visitor's tax may be required depending on the location, which you must pay on site at the respective beach machines.
