HOUSE SAGA is a detached holiday home, offers maximum comfort and with 165 sqm plenty of space for 2-4 people. As a low-energy house, it was built in 2012/2013 based on ecological considerations and knowledge, and only biologically harmless materials were consistently used. All rooms are bright, friendly and modern. The open living room offers a cozy reading corner with a fireplace, a sofa (leather sofa), CD player and satellite TV room and space for cozy hours. From here you not only get to the large terrace with comfortable seating and beach chair, you also have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. In the upper part of the house there are 2 double bedrooms (1x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and another terrace with a seating area and direct sea view. Also in the 1st Upstairs is the HAUS SAGA bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, shower and whirlpool tub. The bathroom also leads to the in-house spacious sauna.
HAUS SAGA is located directly on the sea, directly on the Baltic Sea coast and only a few meters from the natural bathing beach. The population of the two districts Nieby and Falshöft is currently about 250 people. A perfect place for everyone looking for peace and relaxation. But also for those who want to discover the region from here. Sports enthusiasts such as anglers, cyclists, golfers, sailors and surfers get their money's worth here and the area and the whole region also have a lot to offer for nature lovers.
