Our apartment is on the ground floor of a newly built (2016) small residential complex, offering stunning views towards the Veltins Arena. The complex includes a dedicated room for storing bicycles, skis, and sleds. The apartment's parking space is covered, slightly wider than usual, and handicapped accessible.
Combi Apartments Kappenblick 1 and 2 are located next to each other and can be booked together, although they are not interconnected. Both apartments are modern, newly furnished, and equipped with all the comforts and conveniences you need. Each apartment features a living room with underfloor heating, a sitting area, a dining area, and a sofa bed that converts easily into a comfortable bed. A widescreen TV is also available.
