Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very nice cosy little appartment in the city center. Many funny details: sofa with monkeys, flashy pop pot of flowers, interesting books. Tv with Netflix acces is a plus. Bakery at 1 minute walking.

Negative: The only advise I would give to the owner is to change the entrance door. Too much space below which lets the light come in at night. That space is also an entrance for few little insects from courtyard.
