Positive: Central location, fairly clean apartment, spacious and fully equipped. There's a small park nearby where you can walk your dog. The supermarket is also 2 minutes walk away.

Negative: The water pressure in the shower is very low. The towels could be renewed. It's quite noisy because of the construction and the busy street below the windows. The light in the kitchen didn't work.

Summary: Well located and good value for money.
