Authentic half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2019, in the heart of the city center where you will find several bakeries, cafes and restaurants, with sunny garden overlooking the old castle from Monschau. Even in the evening it is nice to sit outside in the garden and see the old castle lit up. During the Christmas market period you literally walk through the Christmas market stalls from the house. Everything is within walking distance, including the most beautiful walks and bike rides around Monschau.
The house has 4 cosy bedrooms with comfy double beds and a 5th cosy seperate bedroom with a single bed. In total for 9 persons.
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 extra separate toilets. The first bathroom has a bath with shower option, a toilet and a single sink. The 2nd bathroom has a shower and 2 separate sinks.
On the 2nd floor you find the very cosy living room with flat-screen TV and free Netflix and a closet full of board games and books. Adjacent to the living room you have the open fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the terrace with garden.
