Additionally, there is a lounge area with a satellite TV (flat screen) and access to the garden, terrace, and western facing position. One room on this level has a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. There is also a shower/WC and a separate WC on this level.
