It has a generous, open plan living/kitchen (50m2) area that opens out on to a private terrace with stunning views towards the local village Bourgougnague. The living area has a wood burning stove and has newly purchased, comfortable furnishings including an "occasional use" sofa bed. The fully equiped kitchen has all that is required including a table and 4 chairs. A door leads through to the bedroom (3.8x3.4m), with a kingsize bed and ample storage for clothes, and from here you access the en-suite wet room with shower.There is direct access to the 10 x 5m pool through a magnificent arched doorway.
