This modern and cosy ground floor holiday apartment is the ideal base for a Baltic Sea holiday for four: This holiday apartment is just a short walk from Weidefeld's sandy beach, where you can spend wonderful sunny days and perhaps relax in the DÜNENGRAS. And if the beach is not your thing, the popular harbour promenade with its small shops, the sailing harbour and the well-stocked EDEKA supermarket is also very close by. Just like the new maritime mini-golf course, fun for young and old.
The DÜNENGRAS holiday apartment offers two terraces with wooden flooring, a beach chair and a beautiful boat bench, inviting you to spend every possible moment in the fresh air.
Inside the house, the open-plan living and dining area is bright, friendly and very spacious thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The cosy living area with relaxing sofa and armchair invites you to watch TV, read, play games or simply relax and promises relaxation.
The very well-equipped integrated kitchen with adjoining terrace makes cooking an absolute pleasure. Depending on the weather, you can decide whether you want to eat in the modern dining area or outside. This is what a relaxing holiday looks like!
DÜNENGRAS is cosy at any time of year, as it has underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove provides further cosy warmth.
The two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a TV, are also perfect for relaxing in the comfortable box-spring bed in the master bedroom. Two single box-spring beds are available in the second bedroom. Both rooms offer plenty of wardrobe space.
The bathroom is undoubtedly a highlight with its large rain shower and infrared sauna, turning it into a small private wellness area. The other facilities also leave nothing to be desired for a relaxing wellness day. A washer-dryer is also available.
The two car parking spaces directly in front of the house and the lockable bicycle shed, which can accommodate more than just bicycles, are also ideal.
