Summary: The hotel, close to everything, we arrived by train, only 10 min walk from train station. We left by boat, only 10 min walk to the boat terminal. Modern good maintained rooms in a somwhat boring looking cement building (former office building ?) Used it only for sleeping. Would do it again.
