A large duplex apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea from the roof terrace is available on the top floor of our apartment complex. The apartment is about 80 m² in size and can accommodate 2 to 5 people. It has a large living area with an open kitchen, dining area and balcony. This is followed by a bedroom with a double bed, which also has a balcony, and a modern bathroom with a corner bathtub.
A spiral staircase leads to the tower room, which is equipped with a sofa bed. The tower room leads to the large roof terrace above the roofs of Kühlungsborn with a wonderful panoramic view.
