Our detached holiday home is located in the village of Nipmerow in one of the most beautiful areas of Rügen in the north-east of the island with beautiful distant views and sea views in the immediate vicinity of the Jasmund National Park and the chalk cliffs.
There is a living-bedroom with an open loft, a bedroom, a kitchen with table and 5 chairs and a spacious bathroom.
The house has two apartments (non-smoking). At the moment only the upper apartment is rented, the lower one is only used privately as a holiday apartment. Guests of the upper apartment can always use the garden in front of the house with a view to the west to the sea, 6 garden chairs and table, if the lower apartment is not occupied the entire garden.
The house is located on the edge of the village with a clear view to the east, south and west over Rügen and the sea. When you leave the house, you are directly in the nature of Rügen, which invites you to go for walks and hikes in the Jasmund National Park and across the fields. The sea can be reached by car in 3 minutes to the cliffs or 10-15 minutes to the sandy Schaabe beach.
