Our apartment was completely renovated and modernized in spring 2018.
It is a non-smoking maisonette apartment in our family home with a separate entrance, 25 m to Lake Sellin.
It has a size of approx. 65 m² for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) + max. 1 child (1 - 3 years) in a travel cot and consists of kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom on the ground floor, living room, 2 bedrooms, balcony on the upper floor.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with ceramic hob (induction), extractor hood, mini-oven, ceramic sink, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, dining table for 4 people, radio / CD, high chair on request
Living room: large comfortable corner couch, TV with satellite connection
2 bedrooms: 1 x upstairs with double bed (180 x 200), bedside tables, 3-door wardrobe; 1 x in the loft (full standing height) with 2 single beds (90 x 200), bedside tables, sideboard, blackout blinds, travel cot on request
Daylight bathroom: with corner shower (90 x 90), vanity, toilet, towel heater, underfloor heating, hairdryer, mirror

Furthermore, a washing machine room is set up for shared use in the holiday home (on the same property / object 2048340). Here you will find a washing machine and a dryer with a coin operated machine. Rental bicycles have been available to guests since April 2014. A parking space is available on the property.
The sauna with relaxation room in the holiday home invites you to relax and can of course be shared.
Well-behaved and lovely dogs are possible on request! However, the dog should be older than 1 year and not stay alone in the apartment.
