The apartment is on the first floor and a loft of a two-family house (semi-detached house) and is located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic, directly on the Havel cycle path. To the front of the house there is a view of the Havel Canal, 50 m away, to the rear you can see a large garden.
On the first floor are the living room, double bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen. A wooden staircase leads from the living room up to the converted and fully renovated attic with another living area and two beds (single beds). Please note: the attic is open via the stairs to the living room on the floor below, there is no door on the stairs (see photos).
The living areas in I. The upper floor and the attic each have a television (satellite reception). The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, refrigerator, dining table with four chairs. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.80x2.00m), a large built-in closet and an additional wardrobe.
WiFi is included. An extra bed for babies / toddlers is available.
There are enough parking spaces on the public green area on the other side of the street, even very large cars / campers can be parked here without any problems. The property is fenced, the garden behind the house is not exclusive to the apartment, but you can use it for barbecuing, sunbathing, etc. From the first floor you have access to your own balcony with a garden table and seating.
The Berlin-Copenhagen bike path leads right past the house and offers the perfect start for extended bike tours through the Brandenburg countryside. If there is enough stamina, you can also cycle along the cycle path to the Mecklenburg Lake District or even the Baltic Sea or take the train back in between. Alternatively, you can take the bike path towards Berlin - mostly along the Havel - to the Brandenburg Gate.
The location directly outside of Berlin allows you to quickly reach the city center on the one hand, on the other hand you live in the green and can z. B. Take trips to the many nearby lakes.
A bus stop with a connection to the approx. 3 km away S-Bahn station Hohen Neuendorf (S1 goes directly to Berlin Mitte) is 100 m from the house. A car is necessary for shopping or trips to the green surroundings.
