Bedroom with double bed and direct access to shower / WC, 2. Bedroom with double bed, view to the forest / meadow, 3. Bedroom in the attic (built-in double bed) and 4. Bedroom also in the attic with built-in double bed and simultaneous stair ladder to another bed storage in rooftop. Fantastic for 2 children who can climb well (no infants).
The 2. Bathroom is also equipped with shower / WC. There is also a 3. Guest toilet in the 1. OG.
A large comfortable living room with 3-seater (leather sofa), 4 leather armchairs and 2 relaxing chairs invites you to linger.
The view from all windows shows you the mountains and forests. The sauna with a very cozy relaxation room is located in the basement. For guests from 7 nights, the use of the sauna is included once in an evening. You live in the holiday home LYHS, with 3 other apartments from 2-10 people. Our house is quiet and is about 20 meters from the road.
At the back of the house flows the small stream Biber. Here you can see trout swimming from your window. Behind the house beautiful mountain meadows and forests invite you to hike or snow.
